Dancing to the tune of Laura Branigan's "Gloria", the inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center once more showed their talents.

Earth Hour Philippines

The Philippines joined the Earth Hour movement - a one-hour lights off to save electricity. Together with Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Israel, Denmark, Dubai, Canada and the United States, this movement wants to impart awareness on the issues of Global Warming. Less use of electricity means less burning of fuel on power plants. Less burning of fuel means less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
